Kendall College's Bachelor of Arts Culinary Management
The Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Management begins with eight quarters of rigorous education in classically based cooking techniques and then progresses into the hospitality management curriculum. Here, emphasis is placed on operations management, financial management, and quality assurance in service delivery.
